Divya is an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), working in the Venture Capital team covering Southeast Asia. Her role involves focusing on both venture capital funds and direct investments. She has been with IFC for 4+ years, during which time she has worked across private debt, private equity, and venture capital investments in the US, Africa, India and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining IFC, Divya worked in investment banking for 6 years at UBS. During her time there, she worked in the investment banking division in India and New York, gaining experience in M&A, capital markets, and financing. Divya holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
